What happens next?
- Once your home inspection is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation with the date and time.
- Depending on the size and complexity of the inspection, it may take between 3 to 5 hours.
- Your inspector will follow a standard of practice along the inspection. The standard outlines what is included or excluded from a residential home inspection.
- To ensure our inspectors can dedicate their full attention to your property, we recommend that clients arrive during the last half hour.
- This allows for a guided summary of immediate findings and an opportunity to ask any questions.
